Recently the number of mental disorders such as anxiety and depression has exponentially increased worldwide, especially with the young community. They silently enter your life when you do not expect and they are hard to spot. It is important to face them and to acknowledge their existence. Artistic activities, among others, can be a valuable tools to address them.
